Welcoming John Butcher, our New CEO of Harry’s and Flamingo

We’re so excited to welcome John Butcher to the team as CEO of our global Harry’s and Flamingo brands. In his role, he’ll be responsible for scaling Harry’s and Flamingo to become the biggest and most loved personal care brands in their categories.
We launched Harry’s and Flamingo with the ambition to improve the shaving and personal care experience for millions of people and have made a big impact since launching in 2013 and 2018 respectively. We’ve reached tens of millions of customers with Harry’s and Flamingo’s growing suite of products and have among the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty in CPG. As we look to the future, we want to continue creating products and experiences the people like more, and grow the brands to reach tens of millions more customers. It made sense for us to tap an incredible leader to guide the brands as we enter this next phase in growth, and we’re so excited to welcome John to the team.
John brings nearly 30 years of consumer experience to the table, and has a history with our brands. During his 20 year tenure at Target, he helped launch Harry’s into retail, and in turn played an important role in building the Mammoth Brands playbook that's gone on to define how we scale brands from online to omnichannel. Most recently, John served as President and CEO of Caribou Coffee where he grew the company into a multinational business across 750+ locations and 11 countries. Before that, held numerous leadership roles in merchandising, marketing and operations at Target, the most recent being Senior Vice President of Merchandising.
John will work closely with Mammoth Brands co-founders and co-CEOs Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield, who will continue to focus on building the longterm strategy and vision for the company and our portfolio of brands.
